Introducing the Silikomart range of non-stick moulds. Produced with 100%
silicone for food use, Silikomart Professional moulds are ideal for the
preparation of any recipe, whether sweet or savoury. Light, resistant and
practical, they are the best alternative to all other baking moulds and pans
produced with other materials.
They can be used for baking in gas or electrical ovens, microwaves, grills
and hotplates as well as for freezing in either deep freezers or fridges. In
fact, they are capable of resisting temperatures of as low as -60°C and
as high as +230°C, all of which allows foodstuffs to be taken directly
from the freezer to the oven without any change in the characteristics of the
material. Pure food safe liquid silicone is not only odourless and
taste free, its thermal conduction guaranties the best results for
cooking and baking. Its non-stick nature and flexible shape also
allow for an easy, speedy and perfect process when demolding, without any loss
of time nor ingredients.
The moulds can easily be washed with hot water and a sponge, or in a
dishwasher. They occupy very little space: bend them or roll them up, they will
always keep their original shape. Their correct use will guarantee a longer
lasting use than any other traditional products.
